Responsibilities- Provide a high level of Customer Service
- Cash cheques quickly and efficiently
- General office duties and proper use of equipment
- Sell benefits of ancillary services to customers
- Prepare collection files and assist in the collection process
- Extensive knowledge of all safety and security procedures relating to the store
- Extensive understanding of all company policies and procedures
- Daily maintenance and upkeep of store

- Be passionate about exceptional customer service
- Thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Be confident, assertive, well-organized and detail-oriented
- Have an interest in financial services
- Enjoy being challenged and finding solutions
- Previous customer service and cash handling experience
- Ability to work within the District on flexible shifts scheduled to operate "retail business" hours of operations.
