Sushi Chef

The Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Job Responsibilities:
/ [7 y) K& k }1 y* {" ]- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
* B0 a! S9 _1 y. x2 j F- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
- D' m+ A0 @) J' h0 Z: f+ J- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
* V9 r2 P* I. o- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
* d$ Y$ h6 H$ P$ `0 Z1 r- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
- _1 r% j+ J& U$ [- Maintain daily production records.
