Area Supervisor (London, ON)
0 B, o1 @) g/ v; M. ?# hThe Area Supervisor is responsible for managing assigned Sushi Bars in their assigned region which
/ r6 V, \8 l% p- mincludes London and around areas. This includes developing, supervising, and
0 @0 Z0 }# E7 l* U* R1 k. j8 Bcoaching team members to ensure the highest levels of product quality and guest service standards are
0 y: g1 [; S' ?* ]achieved.
* S2 W; |0 {! b, T0 ~# i2 xResponsibilities
& x, B7 ^$ o# _2 f8 q• Responsible for the overall day-to-day management and operations of assigned locations $ ]/ U! E) O2 b; }
including people management, food safety, guest services, sales and food quality
+ b' i  T; V" w% b; ?• Accountable for recruiting, training, development and motivating hourly teammates.
) E+ L0 L3 }5 `; y( m• Daily store visits and monitoring of kiosks to ensure they are compliant with Bento regulatory 5 E9 Z7 f- Q2 i9 `# e4 ~
requirements including quality assurance and food safety, health and safety standards and
1 \( b5 m4 }- kensuring all required corrective action is taken promptly." Z& D! D% U5 {& e+ M
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with store management and third-party % {" k' B. |! [' ~( K

• Execution of new store openings and implementing new product/program roll outs.
8 w& A8 S; b' r2 l• Ensure that the labor and production plans are regularly amended to maximize profitability for ) I8 B$ }6 W) z; a

• Ensure Daily Production Reports, payroll, checklists, and reports are completed accurately for & Y  Y# {( ^$ [

• Monthly inventory counts, Quality Assurance and Bento Compliance Audits./ @9 k9 R3 [  Y! y: h2 {

Qualifications  o' T9 C' o  O" a. W  r7 w
• Minimum 1 year of food service management experience, preferably in a multi-unit environment.0 F1 o4 v6 d" L+ S1 T
• Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
, J: H2 J& z& b. x' B" W• Ability to travel within an assigned region and with a flexible schedule to accommodate 5 F0 w. N& U- o$ Z, M% c9 r9 a3 [: d
operational needs.
