Responsibilities•Source, build and retain your client base
( M; S/ V9 P  _7 D; {8 \1 i* u4 {8 }•Market yourself and your business to attract new clients
9 G  r/ f; D% ~2 m) @•Provide insurance needs advice based on risk assessment
: k- n" ]* F; z) I# |6 Q$ P4 ]•Provide strategic advice across a variety of financial products and services
% L; v- U' b& c•Provide sound financial advice to help grow your client’s financial portfolio (Life and Health Insurance, Individual Prescription Drugs and Dental Insurance, Critical Care and Long-Term Care Insurance. Individual & Business Disability Insurance. Special Class Insurance, Travel Insurance, Business Protection, Employment Benefits).
•Understanding your individual client's needs based on their unique circumstances

•Experienced in proactively identifying and executing ways that customers’ needs can be better met through a strong understanding of their requirements and expert knowledge of products and services.
•Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, as well as strong service orientation, focused on achieving exceptional service standards.
9 \# s  e( b+ P% |; V3 d$ R( [) `•Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business Administration with one to three years relevant experience in a financial institution or equivalent combination of training and experience.
•Proven ability in sales and service to financial customers.
•Strong knowledge of financial advice and planning (Savings and Investment, TFSAs, RESP, RRSPs, RRIFs, Annuities, Retirement Planning, Family Financial Planning, Education Plans).
4 ?. w  ~$ b; x3 n•Experience in engaging in and securing new business from existing and prospective customers.
•Expert in general banking services, including detailed knowledge of financial products and services.
$ V9 e/ J6 n( N•Hold or plan to have the Life License Qualification Program (LLQP), IFIC or CSC
