   1.  Eat well including increasing fiber in your diet

   2.  Drink well including plenty of fluids - about eight glasses of water, juice or milk every day( @4 Z5 W7 b: _$ A5 E  P" ~9 s
   3.  Exercise regularly - at least 30 minutes of exercise three times a week0 F1 c2 I8 X; Y  W. C1 r8 F
   4.  Try to have flax seed oil in your diet and honey with your tea...% B  z0 U9 F) k& }# c
