万德厨卫（Wonder Kitchen&Bath）是一个以年轻人为主的室内装修公司，主要营业项目为橱柜，台面及其他室内装修项目。现开始招收暑期Intern实习职位若干，工作地点在伦敦，提供全面培训。如能力优秀，性格合适，则不需要相关的工作或学习经验。

We are searchingfor an outgoing student to work as part of our Administrative team in LondonOntario. The ideal candidate will be enrolled in a post-secondary program orhigher. This position reports to the Office Manager. Hours are flexible (5days/week) and include some weekends

Job Descriptionand Responsibilities:

Duties andresponsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

·        Willing to learn and practice with aright attitude

·        Able to design & make designsuggestion on interior design after training

·        Greets customers and providescustomer assistance to all clients at the frontreception desk

·        Completes various clericalactivities including photocopying, sorting/filing, etc.

·        Acts as key point of contact forexternal and internal customers in a pleasant andprofessional manner

·        Keep track & organize companystocking area

·        Processes and distributes internaland external mail     

·        Provides support to Accountingdepartment including balance sheet reconciliations, data entry, filing paperwork

·        Regular check on constructionsite/client home

·        Miserliness duties like dataentry/light cleaning/etc.

EmploymentQualifications:

·        Interest & a right attitude is amust

·        MANDRIAN speaker is a must

·        Enrollment in post-secondary studiesis necessary

·        Driver’s license & access to avehicle is an asset

·        Previous sales/customer serviceexperience is an asset

·        Intermediate computer skills(Microsoft Office Suite) are necessary

·        High standard of professionalism,outstanding communication skills, and end excellent organizational skills are important

·        Must be able to pass apre-employment medical and criminal record check prior to hiring

·        Business casual wear is necessary
