The Area Supervisor is responsible for managing assigned Sushi Bars in their assigned region which
1 i) h9 |' U% Tincludes London and around areas. This includes developing, supervising, and
2 ~* Q/ X+ G% o" z1 Z. ecoaching team members to ensure the highest levels of product quality and guest service standards are # u0 |1 `" D* j% T3 ^( B% X
achieved.
1 w5 D1 N: Q2 y3 t& G0 T3 m/ o; u* ~Responsibilities. t! A$ O% R4 w6 W& H
• Responsible for the overall day-to-day management and operations of assigned locations ! Z# e' V* Y# f8 l4 s# S; E! s
including people management, food safety, guest services, sales and food quality9 t# X' d4 @* Q) {. \( {
• Accountable for recruiting, training, development and motivating hourly teammates./ H, |( ^5 k! i+ W( _" ]: I6 S
• Daily store visits and monitoring of kiosks to ensure they are compliant with Bento regulatory
- t$ a* a& Z) H. ^4 Trequirements including quality assurance and food safety, health and safety standards and ' D; k( B- y$ J) ^) h6 D' T% e
ensuring all required corrective action is taken promptly.
! R) ?' a: U; {4 N3 i• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with store management and third-party 2 h% R# }9 U2 r1 n, L8 _. V
auditors.
4 h. m- g* w% F, |; y3 N* J• Execution of new store openings and implementing new product/program roll outs.
F( K5 R/ s& {0 @' i+ c" B7 {• Ensure that the labor and production plans are regularly amended to maximize profitability for ! }" t, B1 B; e' a1 I
each location through a combination of sales optimization and waste control.
7 Y! S8 F0 b8 E2 e2 A+ E: }$ \• Ensure Daily Production Reports, payroll, checklists, and reports are completed accurately for
# L' P( H9 |) I* A, [2 Moperational matters.
! r$ G3 l$ Y; r6 r# Y. E7 k• Monthly inventory counts, Quality Assurance and Bento Compliance Audits.
: b" m; V. I% ?9 M, K• Additional duties as assigned.
& s1 N- O1 ~1 i. nQualifications- w' X5 D1 \, H- M0 l
• Minimum 1 year of food service management experience, preferably in a multi-unit environment.
. u5 M, u8 c) K# v6 V8 [• Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
" s0 S5 @/ m$ R2 H• Ability to travel within an assigned region and with a flexible schedule to accommodate 5 m# F Y% X0 t8 e
operational needs.
