BIO: London Cross-Border Education Services specialized in providing academic as well as non-academic support to (post-) secondary international students in GTA at large and London, Ontario in particular. The Owner cum Operator is a certified ESL Instructor（持牌ESL教师）, Member of the International Association of Translation and Cultural Studies（国际翻译及跨文化研究协会会员）, former Supervisor of a TOELF and BEC Test Centre cum Oral Examiner（前雅思/托福考点主考官/口试考官）, as well as the Teaching Instructor for CNTA-TELP（中国国家旅游局英语考试教官), the contracted Team Leader of translators and Interpreters for the project of the Hainan Tourism Development Masterplan（海南省旅游发展总体规划）, a contracted study project between Hainan Provincial Gov. and the WTO (海南省政府与世界旅游组织签约项目).
