(e)     A person if his or her parent or someone else with lawful

(i)     under a Work Permit or awaiting the determination of an
application for a work permit under the Immigration and Refugee
; b- k  b4 Y! o! SProtection Act (Canada),

The following are the documents we require:

1.      Application for Student Admission (will be provided by this office);
2.      Copies of passports of parent(s) and child(ren);
3.      Birth certificate of child(ren) / Family Register (translated
into English);
4.      Proof of residential address / tenancy (eg lease agreement/tax
* V% \, c# f$ \/ tbill/utility bill - driver’s license not acceptable);
5.      Documentation to verify child(ren)’s first ever date of entry
. H) g& Y6 Q$ Y, ainto Canada (eg. passport stamp / immigration documents / airline
ticket etc.);
6.      Copies of all immigration documents received ie. Work Permit,
* n  I! W. B+ ~' |8 n. l  HStudy Permit,  Visitor Records and any other documents we might
require.
