你可以去张哥店里，207 wellington st.去买，他讲得比我明白。或者你去canadian tire买，反正鱼牌哪儿都一个价。

This afternoon, I went to 张哥店里，207 wellington st.; however, I did not get my fishing license there because I got to do something else in hurry. I checked Internet and found the complex license in Ontario.
